I usually never give reviews unless I had a good experience. Actually I had a great experience. First of all I'm a realtor so I know what is good and what's is bad in terms of service, responsiveness, taking accountability of speed bumps in the process, and finding a quick and responsible solution. Brian covered all of the above. i never used Brian's services before, my clients usually use their own banks or another company. I've gone through refinances before with the big banks and it was very stressful because one day you have one person looking at your file and the next week you have another person looking at your file, asking for the same information again or telling you a different answer about the status of your refi. I knew I didn't want that headache again for a refi. Like everyone else I shopped around for various rates and Brian's was very competitive so I wasn't gaining anything more for using a big name bank. He is really smart and knows what he's talking about so it's not a salesman approach you get from other brokers. We closed in little over a month start to finish which is impressive because it took me like 2 - 3 months with the big banks I've used before. My loan had some speed bumps like any other loan where they need more information or had an issue with something. It really bothers me when people state a problem and point fingers at others rather than taking control and finding a solution. It's one of my pet peeves. He took control of the situation, explained the problem, and recommended a quick solution and not wasting my time. He kept in contact via email, text, or phone every week of the process. He only had one processor assisting him in the process. With the big bank I had many people looking at my loan but no one could give me a clear answer. Plus I didn't need an attorney to do the closing, the closing company came to my house at my convenience and did the closing. Being a realtor, I don't recommend people unless I've used them before because if they do wrong to the client I would lose future referrals. Put it this way, I will be recommending Cornerstone Mortgage of Parsippany and Brian to my future clients. If you're looking for great service and competitive rates go with Brian. Thank you.

Brian is simply the best. My wife and I were 1st time home buyers. Having been through a tough experience with a previous bank, we contacted Brian who made the process easy.
